v10.7 Release Notes

The most important feature of 10.7 is the Sentiment Analysis and Reporting based on the Calls Transcription feature. Together these two technologies allow supervisors and management to effortlessly evaluate customers’ mood and agents’ behaviour without having to listen to thousands of hours of recordings.
